Items are dispatched via La Poste Colissimo or Chronopost France.
Deliveries in Europe usually take between 5-7 working days (excluding Weekends). Rest of the world may vary depending on local postal services.
- €20 SHIPPING cost for orders under 249 Euros in EUROPE
- FREE SHIPPING for METROPOLITAN FRANCE
- FREE SHIPPING for orders above 249 Euros in EUROPE
- €30 for REST OF WORLD for orders under 500 Euros
- FREE SHIPPING for REST OF WORLD for orders above 500 Euros
- Rest of World orders may be subject to import duties and taxes which are the customer’s responsibility to pay. You may want to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting to pay.
Return Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received it. Providing it is received back in perfect condition and in the original packaging, we will offer you an exchange or issue you with a full refund for the price you paid for that item, minus postage costs. For those that have FREE postage you will be charged 20 Euros in France and Europe and €30 for the rest of the world.
- We hope you are completely satisfied with your Kafcannes purchase, however if you do wish to return an item for any reason you may do so up to 14 days from the date of receipt for a refund.
- If you are returning an order, it is the customers responsibility to cover the costs for this unless the return is a result of our error.
- If you are returning items from outside the EU please ensure you mark them as 'EU Commercial Returns' to ensure minimal delays and refund.
- It is imperative for all returns for the customer to obtain proof of postage with a tracking number to ensure a refund. We are not liable for goods not returned to us.
